The clip is from a now defunct Canadian TV comedy show, Double Exposure. Cullen and Robertson had a long and brilliant run on CBC radio before they flamed out on TV. They did some great Hinterland Who's Who spoofs on the radio as well (the one describing politicians as various birds was a classic. Too bad I can't find that stuff anywhere online). I grieve the good ol' days of CBC Radio 1.
